Initially, this was attempted by merely hiding words in a word search to clarify and expose the hypocrisy of the viewer's assumed inability to attach meaning to them (the names of cities in Iraq) when current events (a war) dictated that this meaning should be obvious (i.e. one should know a country before they decide that they should bomb it).

Word Search for Iraqi Cities

This painting is the first in a series of word searches. In actuality, it is a drawing, as no actual paint is involved beyond gesso, but this is not relevant much anymore.
