Cardamom Almond Milk
No shortage exists of recipes for almond milk on the internet. Nevertheless, I still feel the need to post this anyway, if only as a reminder that one need not ever buy milk again. It is overpriced and the packaging is a complete waste.
The use of a blender is unnecessary. A mortar and pestle will suffice.

In short: 1 cup almonds soaked overnight, grind way too much cardamom, chop almonds fine as possible, grind to paste, add to 4 cups water, add honey to taste, filter through cheesecloth.
Next time, make a bunch and freeze it so you do not have to go through this again.
